Show up when somebody in your city needs the work done. Get reviews coming in steady instead of once a year. Be the one they call instead of the company down the road.
The problem
Somebody's septic backs up, or a crack opens across the foundation. They pull out a phone, they search, and Google hands them three businesses on a map. They call one of those three.
Everything under that is somebody else's phone ringing. And the company sitting up there is usually not better at the work than you are. He just has a listing that is finished, and yours is not.
We get it
You got into it because you are good at the work. That is the whole reason this is annoying.
Nobody starts a well drilling company because they were curious about categories and citations. So it sits. It sits for years, while you are out on a truck doing the thing you are actually good at, and it quietly decides how much work comes in.
It should not be true that the operator with the tidier profile beats the operator who does better work. But that is the game as it is being played in your city right now, and unlike most things on your list, it is winnable.
What actually moves it
This is the whole mechanism. There is no fifth thing we are holding back.
Google decides what you are from what your listing says you are. Most are set to something close but not right, and close does not show up.
Not thirty in one week and then nothing. A steady arrival, describing the actual job, in the words people type when they need that job done.
Hours, service area, the services list, photos, questions answered. Google looks at all of it. Most listings are half filled and have been for years.
Name, address and phone consistent across the directories Google cross checks. Old addresses and dead phone numbers quietly cost you.
And what does not move it. Posting to your profile on its own does nothing for where you rank. Neither do geotagged photos, because Google strips the location data out of images on upload. Both get sold hard. If somebody is charging you for those as the mechanism, now you know.
Reviews
The shortcuts here are the fastest way to lose every review you have ever collected.
Every customer gets asked, not only the ones you expect to say something nice. Sorting people first and only sending the happy ones to Google is against Google's rules and against the FTC's, and the penalty is not a warning. It is your reviews wiped and your listing suspended.
So we do it the way that lasts. Nothing is offered in exchange for a review. Requests go out at a natural pace rather than in a burst that trips Google's filters. And a real person reads every reply before it posts under your name.
How it works
There is no demo, no proposal and no onboarding portal.
Before any money changes hands we check where you come up for the searches that bring the real jobs in your city, and who is sitting above you. You get that either way.
One business per trade, per city. It is a fifteen minute phone call and the card goes on at the end of it. Whoever says yes first gets the market.
Thirty to forty five minutes of setup with you, split over three days so nothing changes all at once. After that it is about ten minutes a month of your time.
What we agree to
Most of what makes people hesitate on a call like this is fair. So here it is up front.
No contract and no term. If you want to stop, you stop, and you do not have to sit through a call about it.
One business per trade, per city, for as long as you are with us. Not a sales line. We cannot do this job for two companies chasing the same customer.
We tell you where you are coming up today, and who is above you, before any money changes hands. You keep that whether or not you hire us.
Nothing goes out under your business name that a human has not read first. No invented guarantees, no made up pricing, no claims you never made.
Because nobody can honestly sell you one. If somebody tells you they will get you the top spot, hang up on them. That order rotates and it is not theirs to give.
What the first ninety days look like
Anyone selling you page one by a specific date is selling you something. That order rotates and it is not theirs to hand out.
Profile cleanup, then your connections, then the review sender. Split across three days on purpose. Changing everything on a listing at once is one of the surest ways to get it suspended.
Requests begin going out to your customers. Categories get set properly, the profile gets finished, and your details start matching across the directories.
A short message in plain English about what moved and what is next. You do not have to chase us for it and there is nothing to log into to read it.
This kind of work shows over about ninety days, not two weeks. That is why it is month to month. If it is not worth it to you, you stop, and you do not have to call anybody to do it.
Who we work with
If a job is worth thousands and the work comes from people searching in the moment they need it, we are built for you.
Not on the list but the work comes off Google Maps and the jobs are big? Call and ask.
Territory
When we take a city we take one company in it. We do not work for your competitor down the road, and we never will. Whoever says yes first gets the city.
What it looks like when it works
Reviews arrive without you having to remember to ask. The profile is finished and stays finished. And the calls coming in are for the work you actually want, from people in your own city who were ready to hire somebody today.
Imagine what happens when you are one of the three a customer sees, instead of the company they never scrolled far enough to find.
Straight answers
Answered the same way here as we would answer them on the phone.
No. And if anybody tells you they will, hang up on them. That order rotates and nobody can guarantee it.
What we can tell you is what moves it: your categories, reviews coming in steady with the right words in them, and being complete everywhere Google looks. Do those for ninety days and imagine what happens when you are in the three people actually call.
It depends on your trade and your market, so there is no price list here that would be honest. A plumber and a foundation company are not the same business and should not pay the same.
The rule of thumb: it should cost you about what one job in your trade is worth. Call and we will tell you the number for yours on that call, not in a proposal a week later.
About ninety days for this kind of work to show. Not two weeks. Reviews start arriving in the first few weeks, but movement in the map is slower than that and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
That is exactly why it is month to month. You are not locked into anything while you find out.
They cannot. One business per trade, per city. That is the whole model.
Whoever says yes first gets it. That is not a closing line, it is how the work functions. We cannot rank two of you for the same search.
Then you are ahead of most. Worth asking him what he has you ranking at for the search that actually brings you jobs, and when he last touched your categories.
If the answer is posts and photos, that is not the part that moves the map. We are happy to tell you what we see either way.
No. Never. Fake reviews are the fastest way to lose every real one you have, and the penalty lands on your business, not on us.
We ask your actual customers, all of them, and we do not offer them anything in exchange. That is the only version of this that is still standing in two years.
Thirty to forty five minutes to get set up, split across three days. After that, about ten minutes a month.
There is nothing to log into and nothing to learn. If reviews and calls are actually happening, there is not much to talk about.
No. Month to month, cancel any month, no cancellation call to sit through.
So would we, which is why it is month to month and not a year.
We cannot show you results on a listing we do not manage yet. What we can show you is exactly where you are sitting right now, and we will tell you that whether or not you do this.
The owner. Not a call center and not a rep who hands you off after you sign. The person who answers the phone is the person who does the work.
One call
Fifteen minutes, no meeting to schedule and nothing to sign to hear it. If your city is still open in your trade, we will tell you that too.
